 Sixth Form
Sixth Form Curriculum
2009 - 2010
 
All pupils in Year13 study 3 or 4 subjects to AS Level and most continue with 3 subjects in Year 14 to the full A Level qualification. A number of pupils continue with 4 subjects to A2 Level and some take up a further AS subject in Year 14.
 
In the Sixth Form, Personal, Health and Social Education modules are offered in: Careers, Citizenship, Economic Awareness, Health Education, Study Skills, Financial Awareness, Financial Capability and Religious Education. General Studies courses are offered in Art for Pleasure, Fit for Life, Irish Community Relations, Current Affairs, Film and Media Studies, Information Technology, Irish Studies, Japanese, Primary School Teaching, Reading for Pleasure, Survival Cookery, Teaching Sport and Young Enterprise. The following AS and A2 Level subjects are offered to Pupils in the Sixth Form:
