Friends’ pupils Caitlin Hamilton, John Dawson, Alister Nesbitt and Brooke Watson who represented the school at the regional final of the UKMT team maths challenge. They beat off stiff opposition to pip Inst to the post. They now go forward to the national final in London in June. Approximately 1600 schools entered the competition and just over 60 will go forward to the final.
