Friends’ pupil Andrew Colligan recently participated in the Northern Ireland Schools Climbing competition at the Ozone climbing wall in Belfast. The competition consisted of three bouldering problems and three routes each at various difficulties. Andrew at the age of 15 was competing in the under 19’s category which in itself is a great achievement and after a long day of climbing Andrew achieved a fantastic second place.
